Continuing our conversation from last week with Abdullahi & the start of Hoyo’s Kitchen, we dive deep into the business aspect of it. Abdullahi provides the day-to-day struggles he faced early on and just how long it took Hoyo’s Kitchen to become successful. With little to no experience in running a restaurant, Abdullahi shows just how much hard work & sacrifice is needed in this industry. As Hoyo’s Kitchen is opening it’s second location in North Market in the Short North Area of Columbus, we are comfortable to say Hoyo’s Kitchen is the face of Somali food.
