Join hosts Nancy Reid & Lisa Smith, the mother-daughter travel team and publishers of Big Blend Radio & TV Magazine and Park & Travel Magazine, for Big Blend Radio’s Champagne Sundays variety show, airing live from Florence, Colorado.

On This Episode:

- Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge - Reta Rutledge, President of the Friends of Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge, discusses the group’s volunteer work to help the Refuge restore and protect native Sonoran habitats and wildlife, and also provide wildlife-oriented education and recreation. Located an hour south of Tucson, Arizona, the refuge was created in 1985 to reintroduce the endangered Masked Bobwhite Quail back into the wild.

- Not Enough Time - Tucson, Arizona based singer-songwriter Wally Lawder discusses his sixth CD of original material, which is also his first ukulele-based CD. All songs were written by Wally on and for ukulele; most on baritone uke and a few on tenor uke. Some are elegantly lean with just Wally's playing and singing. On others he is accompanied by a small, excellent ensemble. Mellow in feel, upbeat in mood, and even a sad song or two sounds more wistful than sad.
