For more than 20 years, Terry Moore has been telling compelling, real stories about characters that his readers feel emotionally connected to. And he manages to cover some pretty hefty issues, like PTSD, war, sexual orientation to name a few, while giving us truly entertaining comics. Erik and I wanted to know how he balances that so well. And since we were lucky enough to sit down with Terry, we asked him questions about his music career; other comics; possible new genre options for Strangers in Paradise; and other interesting tidbits.

Terry was an amazing guest who offered us a peek under the ink. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoyed recording!

Strangers in Paradise has won 2 GLAAD Media Awards and Terry has been nominated more than any other comic book author for GLAAD Media Awards and was nominated again in 2019. His work has won him recognition in the comics industry, including the Eisner Award for Best Serialized Story in 1996 for Strangers in Paradise #1-8, which was collected in the trade paperback "I Dream of You".
