We begin our second season with vampires as our topic and the "Nosferatu" as our drink: a 50/50 mix of port and brandy. Easy to remember, simple enough to make, and the perfect early evening drink after you emerge from your daytime slumber of the undead. But you never drink wine, you say? Well, you should start. It turns out I like brussel sprouts, and if I hadn't tried them recently I never would have known, so...don't let being dead shut you off to new experiences.
