Ok time to call it like it is or  as it applies to CTFO Team members in my downline for my BH Sales CTFO Team: STAY THE COURSE?

WHAT'S THE SECRET TO SUCCESS WITH CTFO?

People ask me all the time, what's the secret for success with CTFO? The good news is the answer is really simple, it's just not easy:

1. CONSISTENTLY MARKET your business and get good at 2 or 3 ways of bringing people into your group. The goal is to add as many new Associates & Customers as possible every month. It's a numbers game, bring enough new people into your business and you will find your builders and loyal customers.

2. FOLLOW UP & CONVERSIONS is what moves Free Associates to active builders and monthly consumers. The key is to have live conversations with your new people, build rapport, ask questions, and help them follow the system so they can see early success with the business or the products.

Then spend your time with the people putting energy into their business and don't worry about the people who do nothing, they still create PSP's.

3. TRAIN & LEAD YOUR TEAM. The better leadership you provide for your group, the better your duplication and growth will be. And the best way to lead is to be an EXAMPLE and do the activities that lead to success. Then you can use your story and results to lead others.

4. PERSONAL GROWTH. As you grow as a person, an entrepreneur, and a leader, you will attract quality players to your team. If you want to build a big business, become an individual who provides more value. You should be investing time everyday in learning and growing.

5. DON'T QUIT. This is a journey, not a destination. And once you make the commitment that you will climb this mountain or die trying, you will develop the internal fortitude to keep moving forward and not get distracted with all the other things going on around you.

I know where CTFO is headed, and I know what is going to take place after our Reno conference. Whatever action you take now to build your foundation and keep your business moving forward is going to pay 10 or 20 times results next year.

It ultimately comes down to how much desire you have to be an entrepreneur and build your own business. It's not easy, and it's not fast. But if you want to create time & financial freedom for your future, then you will find the inner strength to succeed. And CTFO is the ultimate vehicle for you to achieve both!
