Mentor Moments-I found after my REALLY Dark era of my life(past tense) that when I truly met the right “feeling” , I was drawn to it because it filled the void in my body and my emotions with the vibration I was missing to feel in balance.  Like I ALWAYS felt when taking a walk in the forest, on the beach, or in the park.  I started feeding my own emotional and physical body to prevent the harmful effects of what my mindset at the time was doing to my body & MY MIND!  It was much easier for me, when with the inner strength to attain a very simple few different choices,  it helped me to find the right solution.

 I talk to myself often in my mind, and vocally aloud also, Remembering what?....What I already knew deep inside=Within in You and Without You!

 I was remembering and revisiting the tools that are innate within myself and in the form of internal gifts that I have, to assist me through times that seem to be at times, an endless roller coaster ride.  My desire to heal became greater than my surrender to illness and disharmony in my life.

Listening is The key that ignites the vehicle which is the soul, and my soul knows , that I must quiet my mind and listen!

What I have TRIED to do consistently is harness what could have devastated me. I have always trusted what I know and believe to get through my toughest tests!  Learning to Trust that my departed souls are still with me.   The best school for me , is that of internal knowledge, it knows me best! It is listening and not speaking, that is enriching my life even more. FOOD FOR THOUGHT!
