Personal Cancer Doula

I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2011. The diagnosis took me by surprise because I considered myself fairly healthy. I rarely got sick. My cancer journey helped me to realize what was truly going on underneath the surface. I was forced to come to terms with the things and people that were causing me stress and unhappiness. I often say that my purpose found me! Cancer helped me to overcome the fear and comfort that was holding me back.
