On this episode of the Beyond the Helmet we are joined by Team USA’s own, Noelle Lambert.

As of the release of this episode, Noelle is in Tokyo waiting for her event in Track. This is Noelle’s first time representing Team USA as she has only competed for merely a year. She took the time to discuss her training and share her story of perseverance

In 2016 Lambert was in an accident that resulted in losing most of her left leg. It was easy to assume that was the end of lacrosse career, let alone the end of living a normal life… but all of those types of assumptions were wrong. Noelle rehabbed for 18 months, returned to the lacrosse field and scored a goal in her first game back. After graduating from school, she has turned her energy into competing in track.

While her athletic story is inspiring, The Born To Run Foundation is really changing lives. After being in a position where she needed a prosthetic donated to her due to their cost, she now is proactively making sure she can help others in a similar way. Check out Noelle at NoelleLambert.com or find her on social media.
