He is a member of the College Football Hall of Fame, Chargers Hall of Fame, Cal Berkley Hall of Fame (among others)One of the 50 Greatest Minnesota Vikings All-American, Pro Bowler and All Pro playerHe is the first player to be an All-Pro in both the AFC and NFC

While he belongs in the NFL Hall of Fame, none of this defines who he is. Ed is an artist and he also spent almost two decades as a coach after his playing career. A large piece of our conversation is about his career as an artist and how it compares to being an athlete.
