Chelsea picked up a shift for a coworker at Advance America check cashing store on Telegraph Road. She buzzed in a male customer, who entered the store and coldly shot Chelsea twice, killing her. He stepped behind the counter, bagged a small amount of cash, and calmly walked out of the store. The whole episode went down in daylight hours and was captured on video–yet police have been unable to identify Chelsea’s killer, as he left virtually no evidence behind. Who killed Chelsea Small, and why?
