Beth and Emma are Graduate Engineers at Sir Robert McAlpine, based in London and Birmingham respectively.  Grace is an Apprentice at HE Simm, based in Manchester.

In this part one episode, we discuss what inspires them, their studies, their respective Graduate and Apprentice programs, their current construction projects, and the physical demands of their jobs.
