171. (Solo) Unmet Needs

Unmet needs, leveling up, connecting to your guides as a way of making life easier. We all deserve to get our needs met and when our subconscious needs things we aren't getting it creates self sabotage! I learned about that in Leah Garza's Akashic Mentorship (now enrolling for 2024 cohort) and since I've been seeking to meet my unmet needs for affirmation and connection through safe sources, I've been able to level up steadily instead of sinking to self sabotage!
