It was undeniable to me that my brain was likely ADHD when my favorite productivity expert received her diagnosis. Why did her systems work so well for me? I started to recognize the signs because I had done lots of work on myself to embrace neurodivergence and different ways to thrive in this world that stigmatizes differences and mental health. Hopefully my story will help you create sovereignty over how you perceive your brain/body/life/experiences.
