Sweet 16 Midwest & South Region Predictions | 2024 NCAA Tournament Picks & College Basketball Odds

The Sweet 16 started off with a bang last night with three out of the four underdogs winning outright last night. The tournament lost it’s first #1 seed in North Carolina and the first #2 seeds to lose with Iowa State and Arizona headed home. Today’s card has a lot to live up to but there are some great games starting with #1 seed Houston taking on Duke in Dallas. The other game being played in Dallas will have ACC tournament champions #11 NC State take on #2 seed Creighton.
