This weeks #teamrun2pb athlete guest, is Benji Hoppit, we hear about his running journey after signing up in 2022, to be coached by Brady Threlfall, we hear about his day job in high performance elite sport, and how he commenced his running journey during lockdown before debuting in the marathon in canberra with 3:03. In 2023 his pbs are 5k: 17.45 / 10k: 36.26, M: 2.54.49 and most recently running a big half pb in 1:18. Zacca and Chris ask about his training sessions leading into the Boston Marathon and his recent half, before hitting him up for the quick fire Q&A which includes a few cricket questions!


The show rounds out with some around the grounds before a discussion on an article that came across the boys desk from Canadian Running Magazine.
