The boys catch up with proud new Dad, teacher and fitness enthusiast Alex Baldock to discuss life and how it has changed in the past month.  Alex describes his experiences becoming a dad including the joys, challenges and everything else that comes with it.  James makes a cameo appearance when his dial up modem kicks in and Shannon gets a bit awkward in parts.
