Romans 1:18-32

“The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men . . .”
-Romans 1:18

“This will take place on the day when God will judge men's secrets through Jesus Christ, as my gospel declares.”
-Romans 2:16

As the Holy Spirit reminds us of the Bigger Story of what God has done, is doing, and will do in the world, He also dismantles some of the lesser stories we have come to believe.

We’ve been led to believe in the power of the human spirit.

“Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
-Romans 12:2a

We can not fix our world.

Romans 1:18-32

This is not a religious problem, this is a humanity problem.

We chose to create our own version of God who fits what we want to do.

God gave them over.

In Romans 1:18-32 we have a picture of the human condition and we can see that we are fatally flawed.

I will respond with humility when I voice my opinions.

I will do a daily, honest moral inventory
