West Village Market & Deli is committed to making health and well-being accessible to everyone through natural products, healthy food choices, and locally sourced goods. It is a welcoming place that balances the needs of staff, vendors, and care for the environment, with the needs of maintaining a business. As part of that mission, they have been a host for other small businesses within their space. This may be through food tastings, artists’ markets, or the incorporation of another business inside their market. The newest of these endeavors is Sunflower Diner set to open later this month. (Grand Opening Brunch event on Sunday, September 29th.) Sunflower Diner’s focus will be on scratch-made vegan items with the option to add or substitute for omnivores.
