1. Much teaching on sanctification leaves the work to be finished by the sinner.-2. So, Christ is only left to be a helper of sanctification, but is not the sanctification Himself.-3. The writer of Hebrews leaves no room for that. He does not teach progressive sanctification.-4. He teaches perfection and holiness-sanctification that was accomplished by the WILL OF GOD AND ONE TIME OFFERING OF CHRIST.-5. There is a lot of teaching in this message and may the Lord grant ears to as many as should hear.
