Previous Episode: Brewers Roundtable with Basqueland and Hopfully
This week we're joined by 3 brewers with very different experiences for an epic chat that went way over schedule.
Simian Ales is a microbrewery based in Munich who brew a mix of modern and traditional beer styles
Lupum Wild Beer is Portugals first farmhouse brewery, located on the farm of the Lopes family near Porto
De Lütte from Salzhausen just outside Hamburg are a brewery that focus on small batch-brewing.
In 2 1/2 hours we chatted epretty much every topic you can think of from recycling to Oktoberfest, Brazilian beer styles to wood. For the first hour there were three of us and then came Antonio from Lupum, and we got a 2nd wind! I won't say more, just enjoy.
