Deirdre Childress Hopkins, Director of Public Relations for Visit Philadelphia and the current President of the Philadelphia Public Relations Association joins Kristen in studio along with Bonnie Grant, Executive Director of the Greater Philadelphia Life Sciences Congress and a past president of Philadelphia Public Relations Association (and a PPRA Hall of Famer). They talk about the Public Relations field in general, as well as the PPRA’s origins, 75 year history, and impact on its members and the city itself.
