This free event features a reenactment of the French Revolution and storming of the Bastille, with 2,000 butterscotch krimpets raining down from the penitentiary’s towers as Marie Antoinette yells “Let them eat Tastykake!” begins at 5:30pm outside the Penitentiary on Fairmount Avenue.
