Aladdin and Jasmine from ALADDIN at the Academy of Music, PLUS John Travolta and Kelly Preston talk GOTTI with Matt and Kristen

Kristen attended the Thursday evening performance of Broadway Philadelphia’s Aladdin, the musical based on the Disney animated film. The show makes its Philadelphia debut at the Academy of Music for a three week run, now through July 1st and it was everything Kristen ‘wished’ for. The costumes were beautiful, the set and lighting were stunning and the performances were top notch. Growing up watching the movie, it was such a treat to see the story come to life on stage, and as an added bonus, Kristen had the opportunity to speak with Clinton Greenspan and Isabelle McCalla who play Aladdin and Jasmine in the show. Then, Matt and Kristen were beyond thrilled to catch a preview screening of the new film GOTTI at the Prince Theatre with the film’s stars John Travolta and Kelly Preston in attendance. The longtime (27 years together!) Hollywood power couple graciously did a Q and A with the audience that evening, and then the following day sat down with Matt and Kristen for an interview at Dante’s and Luigi’s Italian restaurant in South Philly. Listen as Matt & Kristen, and John Travolta and Kelly Preston talk about their transformation into John and Victoria Gotti, the film’s historical accuracy (the dialogue was almost completely verbatim to how it all went down), the perfectly chosen music of the film and more.
