Thanksgiving Meditation  


As we head into Thanksgiving today, I invite you to consider the effect of gratitude on your mood, how you feel when you express your gratitude, when you start thinking of things that you're grateful for, when you are mindful of the things you're grateful for, because the effect of gratitude can be absolutely incredible.   


I'm here in South Africa, I'm not even in America, and yet over the last few days I've been having gratitude bubbling up in my body.   


There is a global consciousness of Thanksgiving at this time of Thanksgiving.   


I invite you to come with me on a little journey of gratitude as we do a meditation that will take you into the stillness and into that place of joy you feel when you are focusing on gratitude. 


When your focus is on gratitude, there is a shift that happens, and I'd like you to really feel that shift with me today, and perhaps it'll help you as you consider exactly what it is you are thankful for.   


This is your Thanksgiving meditation.
