On this week's episode, we welcome back Robert Wunderlich, professor and black belt at The Academy of Jiu-Jitsu in Arvada, Co.  We reconnected after last years interview because he was kind enough to walk me through a plateau in my Jiu-Jitsu journey recently.

We dig deep into how plateaus in fitness, Jiu-Jitsu, and personal growth can be beneficial for us in the long run, encouraging us to process all that comes up for us and to allow the subconscious mind to "play catch-up".  Robert and I connect on a deeper level through my competition experience and how the body holds onto trauma which can be released by new trauma; for example, a car accident.
