Random fact: Singing is powerful healing. We often sing when we are happy, or as an expression of grief. Whether we sing or actively listen to someone else sing, our emotional life is affected and the connection to ourselves and our surroundings is deepened. Our bodies are made of 70% water. When we sing the fluids within us vibrate. This process releases blocked energy, influences the whole organism and stimulates our own forces for self-healing.
