Author Celia Laskey talks about her debut novel ‘Under The Rainbow’ set in the fictional town of Big Burr, Kansas which is named the most homophobic town in the U.S. The novel focusses on a national non-profit organisation which sends in a ‘queer task force’ to live in the town for 2 years. Celia has an MFA from the University of New Mexico and was a finalist in the Glimmer Train’s Short Story Award for New Writers.
