Social media can be an incredible way to connect to people like us and to share important messages. However, it can also make us feel deeply inadequate and like we’re missing out.

Many of us follow Instagram influencers for a daily dose of inspiration, but inspiration can sometimes turn into comparison. Next thing we know, we are left wondering why we’re lying on the couch while the rest of Instagram seems glammed up for some event we’re not invited to.

Throughout the five episodes in this season, we will speak to some wonderful women who have built successful careers on Instagram. They will share their journeys behind the Instagram grid, tell us what they do to look after their mental health and how they have dealt with all kinds of things including worrying, FOMO, loneliness, body image, and impostor syndrome.
Listen as we hear what life is like behind the Instagram grid and get great tips on how to deal with many aspects of our mental health.
