My guest this week is Remy Bertrand, a Frenchman in London and an improvisation facilitator.
Kicked out of school at 15, Remy worked a succession of jobs that never quite fulfilled him. Nearing 40, he realised that improv was his passion and it was time to plunge in and build a business around it.
With a loan from the bank, Remy gave himself a year to build a business. It took another three before he had something that regularly paid the bills. He now has a thriving improv operation attracting actors, artists and executives.

In this episode, we bring you:
- Why improv is not what you see on TV
- How improv helps with social anxiety
- Why so many people are choosing to train in improv right now
- Improv for self-knowledge
- A live demo

Enjoy!

To your humanity,
Richard
