Mental Health and TTRPGS

This week we are joined by Andrew from First Watch and we speak on something that we each have personal experiences with, as many of you may too, mental health. We also discuss how TTRPGS have helped us deal with our depression and anxiety. This is a somewhat more heavy episode than we usually do but this is information that we believe is important and I hope hearing some of the stories we tell and talk about can help someone who is dealing with this.
