A wedding typically has the big five - Venue, Catering, Florals, Photography, and Entertainment.  With these covered, you have a party read to go.  But then what about the extras?  This could be everything from favors to nitrogen ice cream.

This week we welcome Amy Fisher - Franchise owner of Frost 321.  Frost provides frozen delights that have been dropped to a negative 321 degrees with the use of Nitrogen.  This includes the ability to freeze alcohol so that it can be integrated with these creamy concoctions, allowing guests to sample such treats as Wicked Chocolate Ice Cream that is make with Johnny Walker Black and Patron Lime Sorbet.

Each scoop has the same alcohol content as a single shot!

The conversation continued to what couples should consider when thinking about adding an "Extra" to the event.  Will the extra add to the overall memory or experience of the guest?  Think about the emotional value of the dollar being spent.
