Putting on a fundraiser is a great way to give back, especially now. But do you truly know all that goes into producing a fundraiser? How do you go about getting sponsors? and then there are the volunteers - and that is just the beginning. Which begs the question - Will your fundraiser do more harm than good?

During this episode of Behind The Veil, we are going to have a straightforward conversation about everything that goes into creating and producing a fundraiser, and the many roadblocks you may encounter along the way.

Our special guest, Kellie Coen Hensley, is the Florida Regional Director of Events & Community Partnerships for Cleveland Clinic and the current President of South Florida chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI). Previously, she was the Director of Special Events for Junior Achievement of South Florida. A veteran of fundraising events, Kellie knows the ins and outs of working with corporate donors, and volunteers, to create one of a kind fundraising events. Her background as an F&B Manager for Broward County Conventions Center, gives her a unique perspective for both the front and back of the house operations.
