To Michael Dwor, the CEO of a VerTerra - a company that produces plate ware that is 100% earth friendly. This all started with their first products being made completely out of palm leaves.

And of course ending with one of our favorite NACE (National Association of Catering & Events) leaders - Cathi Horner - who gives us the 411 about NACE and all that is good in the world.
