On Behind the Mind, host Kevin Meiselman interviews guests who have experienced mental health struggles (i.e., anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, addiction, PTSD, etc.) to help fight the stigma surrounding mental illness and raise awareness. This show provides a platform for people to share stories of personal adversity to inspire hope in those currently suffering. It’s also meant to enlighten and inform people who are unfamiliar with mental health struggles and the problems they create. Having overcome his own share of mental health struggles, Kevin believes in the importance of opening up to better the lives of others.
