A Public Fit Theatre Company is an award-winning ensemble theatre based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Producing Director Joe Kucan and Artistic Director Ann-Marie Pereth are joined by Barbara Caldwell, Andrew Calvert and Tina Rice in the inaugural episode of Behind the Buzz! APF taps the medical community for help in producing Margaret Edson’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play about one woman’s journey through the terrifying labyrinth of experimental cancer treatment. Tina discusses shaving her head, Andrew talks about learning to give a pelvic exam and Barbara reminds us that there are very real women dealing with this insidious disease.
