David Lykken is a 43 yr industry veteran who owned and operated three mortgage banking companies, software company, and several consulting companies. His passion has always been helping others and companies to overcome challenges.

Speaking of challenges, he grew up with dyslexia. He didn't get diagnosed until college years and grew up with the story...

When he was able to re-frame his story from a disorder to a gift he was able to breakthrough to new levels of success he never dreamed of. This is where his passion of helping coach companies and C-Level executives was born. He now shares his gifts and story with all of us.

My biggest take away from this episode is that all of us have self chosen pain. We can't let this pain become our prison. We must become aware of it, find the source, step into it and re-frame it from pain to a gift. For if we don't, we stay locked in our own self created prison.
