We are digging deep into the layers of racism through our own personal stories and experiences of the world around us. From our local community leaders to CEOs of the corporate world to experts in every field, we’re here to uncover the multifaceted ways racism, patriarchy, constructs of whiteness, and identity have adapted and impacted our everyday lives and the systems and institutions we rely on. We’re challenging ourselves and all of you to start the dialogue around how we move past the current outcomes of racism considering the economic and racial disparities that continue to plague our society. We all have the power to rewrite the narratives that are shaping our industries and our world. Join us on our journey as we explore the substance between the black and the white.
