BTP is back for the second part of Tre's interview with Gary Oker.

Last episode, we mainly delved into Gary’s past, this episode is more about what he and Doig nation currently have going on with projects and initiatives such as the Kema Experience, the urban reserve being set up in Fort ST. John. A little about Tse'K'wa and so much more.

His resume is way too large to fully list, but currently, he is in his second term as councillor of Doig River First Nation. He previously served as DRFN Program Director from 1999 to 2001 and Chief from 2001-2005. He is also a Doig River drummer and a lot of what he has focused on with Doig pertains to culture - from events to initiatives.
