Lauren Boyd has popped into the Beernuts Podcast studios for a friendly chat with gough. Lauren is a multiskilled performer, but specialises in dance. Lauren talks about her love of dance and performing. She goes through all of the training and skills she’s acquired over the years and what it takes to be top of her game. She also gives some great advice for young dancers and performers and talks about how important it is to be versatile as a performer. Lauren’s dance career has also taken her all over the world and she talks about her travels and the sights she’s seen.
