In our 27th podcast, blogger and homebrewer David Holden joins us as we talk 'cellar' beers aka that box or cupboard you've got hidden away that stores the gems you've collected over the years.

We discuss why people age and keep beers at home, what beer works best, what styles dont work at all, what treasures we have locked away, does anyone actually use a cellar to store their beers and plenty more.

David tells us of his experience of brewing with yeast from old bottles and we ask ourselves if cellaring is all for show.
