In our 10th podcast, we talk to Jim, founder of Independent Salford Beer Festival. He talks about why he started the beer fest two years ago, how he went about putting it together, its progression over the years, and why this will be the final one.

Salford Beer Festival is fairly synonymous with having new, never before released beers so Jim, and associate Jazz, talk about how & why they always try for something new.
Also hear about the multitude of festival/brewery collaborations Jim has helped come up with, and brew, with his favourite breweries, especially for this year.
