In our 57th podcast, we talk to Reece, the man behind Donzoko Brewing Co., who tells us about the brewery and the much loved Northern Helles. We learn how his chemistry background and living in Germany shaped what he brews and how he brews it.
Having a fairly small set up Reece discusses his day-to-day schedule being a one man brewery and what his ethos is for running a business.
With the success of Northern Helles, we chat about the beer and taste everything else Donzoko has to offer.
