Being very knowledgeable about English brewing history Steve talks to us about the beer heritage of England and how it has influenced his brewing. Also giving his take on how you can combine that knowledge of the past with brewing newer styles.
Steve is a very DIY brewer; so we discuss his transition from building his own homebrew kit in his garage to now owning a railway arch and full brewery in one of the most exciting areas for beer in the UK right now, the Piccadilly Mile.
