This week we’re delving into the culture and customs around Irish Pints. Pints in Ireland are not simply having a drink - there are as many occasions as there are colours, and often the Irish customs are led by the occasion, whether wedding, funeral or after-work spontaneous pints. Ali Dunworth has written a marvellous, must-read book called A Compendium of Irish Pints documenting these nuances in a fun,  relatable way, with awesome illustrations by Stephen Heffernan. We’re chatting with Ali this week about the book and sharing experiences of pints. This is not to be missed!
