30: IPA

East coast, west coast, double, triple, red, rye, session, micro, brut, Belgian, hazy, fresh-hopped, dry-hopped… and more hopped. Dip into some 1700s and 1800s IPA history. Though it was recommended to British brewers to add extra hops to their ocean-going India Pale Ales, did they all do it?
