We've got two beer styles on the docket today, Czech Pale Lager and the totally different, not at all the same Czech Premium Pale Lager. Hopefully my sarcasm came through loud and clear there. These beer styles are what we would commonly call Czech Pilsners. They are what started the pale, clear beer revolution back in the day that we are still feeling the effects of today.
