For Paula,  home is her sanctuary so being in surroundings that are ascetically pleasing is what creates a relaxing environment.

As someone who leads a huge organisation that is recognised by everyone she also discusses how when faced with an enormous business challenge it’s all about drawing on inner strength and how in doing this you become stronger and better prepared moving forward.
