Our first guest in a series of conversations in the post-covid era, is Thomas Morgan Jones, artistic Director of Prairie Theatre Exchange.
Over the next few episodes we’re going to talk to different people that support the various causes in and around Winnipeg, and today we’re starting with Arts and Culture.
PTE, like most charities and non-profits that represent Arts and Culture in our city, has not been immune to the challenges that COVID-19 presented. Although things are slowly starting to get back to normal, it will still be awhile until audiences feel comfortable attending live shows in and around Manitoba.
I sat down with Thomas Morgan Jones, to talk about Prairie Theatre Exchange and their plans in the post-COVID-19 world, how his team is staying connected with their audience, and the value of theatre, and art in general, to people around the world.
