At the Beauties Sports Desk this week it is all about Winning! We are taking what we have learned from coaching female sports for years and applying it to what we see happening in Women's professional Sports.

When thinking about what we can do from a perspective of true growth across all Womens sports, in our eyes it starts with the conversation young female athletes are hearing when they are 10 or younger.

Young girls need to start being told that they can WIN and that is is ok to be a CHAMPION and own it!
