Happy Sue Bird Day!

This week on the Beauties Podcast Addie and Cowie do a full sports podcast on everything that has been going on in the Women's Sports World. 

The sports desk touches on what some of the athletes that have been on the show are up to including Hollie Naughton, Liz Gleadle and Kaitlyn Lawes!

It's also a big day in the world of Women's basketball as Sue Bird has her potential last home game with Seattle. This emotional night filled with tributes and gifts for the incredible athlete who has dedicated 21 years to the Storm organization.

Ashleigh Buhai wins her first major at 33 years old and it is one for the record books. With it being a new course added to the tour and one of the largest purses, Ashleigh started off a little rocky but was able to keep her composure and pull out the big win!

The commonwealth games was a huge success and continues to showcase how easy sports can be made accessible. We watched everything from Net Ball to cricket and it was as easy as a click of a button! We also make a note about the integration of parathletes in the games and how amazing it was to watch both at the same time.
